Domestic Multipurpose Court – Fig Tree Pocket
Multisport Concepts has had the opportunity to work on many courts in this location over the years but this project is one we are particularly proud of.
The home-owners had a very clear vision of their desired outcomes and took that to an architect to produce a set of plans. The result was magnificent and captured all their needs but came at an unacceptable cost. The home-owners engaged Multisport Concepts to keep their vision and dream intact but at a sensible price. The project went through a great many revisions over 2 plus years to be refined to what is now in place – a fully integrated and landscaped recreational area. The house is linked to the pool and multipurpose court by a custom designed cabana containing a large outdoor kitchen. The use of a suspended slab allowed for the essential “man cave”. Careful use paving, batters and retaining walls allowed for striking landscaping and 2 further play areas – a race track around the multipurpose court and a synthetic grass trampoline area.
Projects of this nature can only reach their full potential if there is a strong, trusting relationship between client and builder. At Multisports we delight in fostering such relationships to achieve magnificent results.
